PLN
Recently in computers each student in my class created a bloglines acount. A Bloglines acount is a place where you can subscribe to different sites, and when they update it comes directly to you.
Mr.Fisher asked us to set up a Personal Learing Network other wise known as PLN. A PLN is where you subcribe to blogs in your bloglines acount that are really informative, or that teach you something. In my PLN I subscribed to Brainwaves on Suprglu. Brainwaves on Suprglu is a site that when any student in my class writes a new post it goes there. I subscribed to it because I like reading what my class mates are doing, I also subscribed to Second Opinion, I would have to say this is my favorite blog because it gives people a chance to write there opinion on different topics, and I subscribed to Daily Dose Imagery, which is a blog that each day gets a new photo. I love this site because I really love photography and I think it is a wonderful way to show feeling and emotion.
I haven’t been doing a whole lot of commenting on other people’s blogs but I do want to start commenting because I know that I love it when I get comments. I think that PLN are a really great idea because they give us a chance to read blogs from all over the world and we can also learn a lot from it if we put the right people in it. I also like that it is our choice who we want to put in out PLN.
